There are many ways to deal with stress and they all circle around the same cycle; exercise. Meditation, hobbies, activeness, activity is almost always the answer to this illness that sneaks up on us in our daily lives. We may not all suffer from stress in all six of those areas but we will have at least one. So the stress is there. Exercise will help relieve the effects on the stress in order for you to find a solution to the problem.

Let’s eat healthy and combine that with exercise. Headaches, chest pain, anxiety, anger, depression etc… are signs that a person may be dealing with stress. Social withdrawal and mood swings are also signs of stress in most people. Pay attention to these signs when dealing with people teeth grinding and nail biting are also visible things a person might show when under a lot of stress.
