Setting up the gymnastic rings was a bit of a learning curve, but I finally figured it out 😅 Man do these things make your whole body work even harder than usual! Having to stabilize & balance your whole body while working out with these rings is no easy task for a beginner. I'm probably gonna be sorer than a MF tomorrow 😂
