@fulldeportes?,el día de hoy me encuentro nuevamente por la comunidad para traerles un súper set de empuje el cual está bastante intenso el cual les recomiendo a todos ,la verdad a mi me dejó bastante fatigado ,aquí vamos a combinar tanto nuestra resistencia en paralelas y nuestra explosividad en flexiones y también nuestra fuerza en press handstand así que dicho esto vayamos con la rutina.
