Everyday in my post, at the bottom I put famous quote "One Picture is Worth a Thousand Words". For me this quote is pure truth, but for many other is not so true. I believe that every picture tells us some story, this stories could be simple or very complex doesn't matter.
To know to read this writing in light is so important. Many times you will read some really bad story, while other times some really good one. There is so many variety and shades of it. If you don't know to read, then for sure you will not understand meaning of story.
I don't care with what kind of camera you made your picture, this could be an old film camera, cheap 10mp camera, your phone camera, entry level DSLR or with 5000$ professional DSLR camera. I only care what have you made with it, did your story is readable or not?! Don't get me wrong, by my previous mentioned analogy everybody can make a picture, but this ability doesn't makes them photographers. We all are very well aware that in today's world people taking pictures of everything, but they so many times miss to capture frame which actually telling us something.
Photographer eye will always find some story behind certain subjects. Too many times I heard how people complain how photography isn't enough, they also said; we want something to read about it. Really?! Writers and photographer express them self on quite different ways, you can't expect from photographer to be writer and vice versa.
If statement "One Picture is Worth a Thousand Words" is true, and you want more words, then I will feel I'm failed as photographer and that all my work is just a huge wasting of time mine and yours. But fortunately I know that I don't wasting my time at all.
