I like to play with dark and highlight tones on black and white photographs. I'm very happy to photograph silhouettes and reflections, and when I get an opportunity to combine a photo from both of these elements, this day is a holiday for me!
Looking at the scene you can see in photo, I had the feeling that at the same time I watch two parallel worlds, something like a dream and a reality.
In this case, I watched the silhouettes that were there on the other side of the canal there was the first world, the other started where the first one ended. Water, ie the reflection on the water was that second world, I already compared it with dream, and the natural laws of the first world ceased to exist there.
At those moments I was in some kind of theater of silhouette and reflections, show was very short but effective.
I made 3 - 4 photos, I chose one that I considered the best. Again and again, I look at it and at one point on my mind comes thought that if I let my imagination, I will begin to see not only the fragments of a story, but the whole story with many different endings.
