Good evening guys. Happy Sunday everyone. We have just done eating so I am gonna do a post about what I cooked tonight for dinner. This dish is what I called linat-ang baka (stewed beef). This is a famous dish here in the Philippines and perfect on rainy days also just like today here in Mandaue.
So first thing is first, prepare all the ingredients that are needed for this dish which is your beef, squash, ginger, long green pepper and cabbage.
Next thing to do is to put the beef, squash, ginger, long chilli together into a pot and then add water and a little bit of salt.
Then next is to cover it and let it boil until your beef become tender. From time to time you need to check on it to see if it still has enough water in it. You must also get the residues that the beef left and and it out on the pan.
Once the beef become so tender, you cab now then add your cabbage into it and cover it to let the cabbage cook.
After that you can now add salt and pepper depending on your taste. For this one. This could have benn better if we added onions and chayote in to it but since we are tight on budget we just used the ingredients that we already have here stored.
That is it guys. You can now serve it and enjoy it together with your family. Till next time :)
