They should really call it offer no show, because that is what 50 percent of the people do. We had to clean out a house, and get all the crap out of the way. Well some of it was still brand new in boxes, so we put it up on offer up, for 25% of the original cost, and got tons of offers. But the problem is no body showed, and then they sent a message that they wanted it still but for half of what we were selling it for. I said NAAAAAA
