What's up guys. I'm gonna share to you this delicacy that is like the trademark of our province Cebu, particularly in Car-car, Cebu. This is called chicharon.
Chicharon is made of pig's skin that is deep fried and seasoned with salt and pepper. Every time I travel from Cebu City to my home town, I never miss buying chicharon from local vendors who sold chicharon inside the bus.
It is perfect if you dip it in a coconut vinegar. You should try it guys and I hope you'll like it.
