#182-Two heads are better than one-Job stress and work life balance
@LadiesofHive - Contest #182 questions are:
1️⃣ How do you handle job stress? Do you deal with it well, or at some point has it generated some health discomfort or problems within the family? Would you prefer to do your office work from home?
~ 𝐀𝐍𝐃 / 𝐎𝐑 ~
2️⃣ Contrary to question 1, despite how strong your work may be, do you take it as an escape from the everyday tasks of the home?
Hello ladies, it is my pleasure to join this another engaging contest by ladiesofhive. The intellectually stimulating questions captivated me, and enthusiastically decided to partake.
My role as a working mother and the responsibility of caring for my toddler simultaneously presents significant challenges.
I work as an internet cafe attendant at the establishment known as the computer shop, diligently assisting customers with their internet-related needs.
My job is generally manageable. The only exception is when I have to deal with stubborn and difficult customers, particularly children and teenagers.
When my workload is overwhelming, I tend to maintain a reserved and composed demeanor upon returning home. Creating a peaceful home environment can be challenging with a toddler around. My desire for relaxation and tranquility often classes with the lively energy and demands of my little one. Once I removed my son's gadget two months ago, playing with toys became his sole source of entertainment since he could not stay still unless I allowed him to watch YouTube videos.
As a single mother for 13 years, I have been employed at the computer shope for over a decade, which has presented significant challenges for me. Despite exhaustion from work, household chores and caring for my daughter remain unavoidable responsibilities.
Now that I am married, I've been fortunate to have my husband's support in managing household chores. Furthermore, with my 16-year-old daughter's assistance, the workload has become manageable, making life a little easier.
Working every day, my spouse and I encounter challenges. However, the adage "two heads are better than one" holds in our household. We ensure that the household chores are evenly distributed and assisted to maintain a harmonious and efficient home environment.
