So guys after all the tutorials by my mom I decided to make a small jollof rice for the family today
Ok here is the recipe of what i made
After I finished cooking my raw rice i washed it properly and poured it into a shifter so that the water inside of it can drain out
After that, i put my pot on fire pured groundnut oil inside
And then added my tomato and some ingredients like maggi, tym, spicity, curry, pepper, my chicken water ,crayfish and nutmeg
This my result after putting all the ingredients
So the next move was to pure my rice inside the pot and then stir and also cover it to boil for like 20 minutes
Within some few minutes I uncovered the pot to test if I should add or adjust some ingredients
At this point my rice was ok and ready for eating
