After education most of the people need a cool government job. 10 am to 5 pm work and a regular salary is our dream.

There is a film in Tamil- 'Muthalvan'. Its one of the best movies in Indian cinema. In that movie hero becomes a famous reporter. He loved a girl sincerely and wanted to marry her.

Unfortunately when he approched her father he told''I will give my girl's hand to a person who has got a good government job''. He is of firm belief that government job gives more security than a corporative job. This exactly is the mindset of a typical indian family.

There are many people in India who want to start a business and is not doing that just because of fear.But we often forget that all these multinational companies are just a startup once.We think that only govt job will give stability to life.We think any other job is not safe or secure. If the owners of these companies would have settled with a cozy government jobs they would not have built that empire. I have worked in various corporate companies.I found many advantages in corporate sector-
a)We can develop our skills if its a good company.
b)We will have a punctuality and order in job.
c)We might know how to run a business,even we may set up our own business later.
d)Increments may be much better than government jobs.
e)We may become a multitasking expert.
f) We may know how to deal with stressful situations.
g)We may know how to work when there is time constraints.
Eventhough govt jobs feels secure I think we will be stagnant. Once we get the cozy cool job we might not opt for a change. That I feel is the greatest problem with a government job.
So what you think is better- Government job or corporate Job?
I have only one life, so I want to make sure it's a good one.
