Hola! hola! Me da mucho gusto poder compartir con ustedes mi receta de papas horneadas; esta es una preparación sencilla; ideal para acompañar con la proteína de tu preferencia o sustituir el tradicional arroz en los almuerzos; dicho esto a continuación procedimiento e ingredientes que utilice.
Hello! hello! I am very happy to share with you my recipe for baked potatoes; this is a simple preparation; ideal to accompany with the protein of your choice or to replace the traditional rice for lunch; that said, here is the procedure and ingredients that I use.
- Papa, 3.
- Mantequilla, 1/2 cucharada.
- Curcuma, 1 pizca.
- Sal, pimienta negra (al gusto)
- Potato, 3.
- Butter, 1/2 tablespoon.
- Curcuma, 1 pinch.
- Salt, black pepper (to taste)
Las papas seran las protagonistas de esta sencilla y sabrosa receta.
Potatoes will be the protagonists of this simple and tasty recipe.
Inicio lavando y pelando las papas.
I start by washing and peeling the potatoes.
Seguidamente cortamos las papas en rodajas
Then cut the potatoes into slices.
Ahora en una bandeja expandimos mantequilla y colocamos las rodajas de papas por toda la bandeja.
Now in a tray we spread butter and place the potato slices all over the tray.
Lo siguiente sera; condimentar las papas con una pizca de cúrcuma, sal y pimienta negra molida (al gusto).
Next, season the potatoes with a pinch of turmeric, salt and ground black pepper (to taste).
La pizca de cúrcuma le dará ese característico color amarillento a estas papas.
The pinch of turmeric will give these potatoes their characteristic yellowish color.
Finalizamos metiendo la bandeja al horno a 180 grados por aproximadamente 25, 30 minutos; siempre la cocción dependerá del horno que tengamos en casa.
Finish by placing the tray in the oven at 180 degrees for approximately 25 to 30 minutes; cooking time will always depend on the oven you have at home.
