Almuerzo : Choripanes 🥖
Organizamos en familia la celebración Día del Padre a orillas del Río Caroní con la finalidad de pasar un día diferente desde la manana. Aunque no llegamos a las primeras horas de la mañana; pues si dio chance de disfrutar el día y aquí lo comparto con ustedes. Sigan leyendo.
Lunch: Choripanes 🥖As a family, we organized a Father's Day celebration on the banks of the Caroní River to spend a different kind of day, starting in the morning. Although we didn't arrive in the early hours, we still had time to enjoy the day, and I'm sharing it with you here. Keep reading.
Llegamos a las 11am; ocupamos un espacio techado y con fogón para hacer parrillas; Julio fue el encargado de cocinar los chorizos que prepara en su empresa llamada Ahumados Caroní; entonces se comenzó a cocinar los chorizos.
We arrived at 11am; we occupied a covered space with a fire pit for grilling; Julio was in charge of cooking the sausages that he prepares at his company called Ahumados Caroní; then the cooking of the sausages began.
Mientras se cocinan los chorizos; se preparaba un picado de gallo que llama; que contiene: cebolla, tomate, cilantro, aguacate, limón, sal.
While the sausages were cooking, a picada de gallo was being prepared; it contained: onion, tomato, cilantro, avocado, lemon, salt
Aquí ya esta cocido el chorizo / The chorizo is already cooked here.
Este fue el resultado final del choripan.
This was the final result of the choripan.
De postre pastel de chocolate; estaba delicioso y repetimos porciones.
For dessert we had chocolate cake; it was delicious and we had seconds.
