Hola a todos; aquí les comparto unas fotografías durante el proceso de cocción de una sustanciosa sopa que prepare para mi familia; con ingredientes básico que debe contener una sopa.
Ingredientes.
- Costilla de res, 500 gramos.
- Ocumo blanco, 150 gramos.
- Ocumo Chino, 150 gramos.
- Auyama, 200 gramos.
- Aji dulce, 4.
- Ajo, 5 dientes.
- Cebolla, 1.
- Cilantro, 1 rama.
- Sal (al gusto).
Iniciamos lavando y quitando la grasa excesiva que contienen las costillas, para después introducir en una olla con abundante agua con la finalidad que se ablanden y boten grasa. Este paso de ablandar las costillas te la puedes saltar si tienes olla de presión.
Luego estén blanda las costillas; botamos el agua, volvemos a llenar la olla de agua y cuando hierva echamos los ingredientes restantes: aji dulce, cebolla, ajo, ocumo blanco, ocumo chino, auyama, sal y cilantro picado; luego tapamos y dejamos cocinar. Así de sencillo hacemos una sustanciosa sopa de costillas. GRACIAS POR LEER.

We begin by washing and removing the excessive fat from the ribs, and then put them in a pot with plenty of water so that they become tender and release fat. You can skip this step of softening the ribs if you have a pressure cooker.
Once the ribs are soft, throw away the water, fill the pot again with water and when it boils, add the remaining ingredients: aji dulce, onion, garlic, ocumo blanco, ocumo chino, auyama, salt and chopped cilantro; then cover and let it cook.
