NO, this is not news from Coindesk, but a hoax.
Indeed, it is a scam, because they try to sell you a hypothetical Swedish state cryptocurrency that instead DOES NOT EXIST...
For some time now, we have been talking about a hypothetical "e-Krona", that is a cryptocurrency issued by Sweden, but in reality this cryptocurrency has never been issued: the Swedish state has then chosen not to create it (at least for now).
So the news is false.
Moreover, the fact that they try to pass it off for a news of Coindesk is absolutely illegal: so they not only lie, but also commit an illicit act.
If we combine the fact that they try to convince you to buy something... the scam is served.
So stay away from this "proposal", and especially as soon as you realize that someone is lying...
