You Have No Idea

I try to be as agreeable as possible to a point.

I would not want to be the reason someone had a bad day.

See when someone has mental health issues they ain't always expressing it, instead the internalize that crap.

It is not healthy people need to talk and people need to be more considerate to each other, if everyone just did that we would all have better environments.

I have a friend on the front of it he seems like a regular Joe, he is friendly, helpful, generous but there is a problem.

He can't stand being around people, because they do things that trigger him.

It is not even the people really it is the noises, the actions and the unexpected.

It is not because he is weak.

He was in the forces and the private forces so he is trained to kill people and he has.

This is where the problem is, the fear of losing control.

Now he lives a hermits life when really he is the life of the party, it is sad to see a mighty man give in to fear.

All i can do is be a friend when he show's miss you pal.

Let's treat people right be grateful and be thankful when they are around.
