This is a mind of pancake that has no baking powder. I bought it in the frozen stuff in the grocery . I just heard someone told me about this pan cake that to be eaten with honey or any bread spread like peanut butter or mayonnaise or cheese.
Just preheat a non stick pan in medium heat until it gradually heated. Put the frozen dough , flip it occasionally until the color turned golden brown and done.
Prepare the bread spreads or honey is the best
