My sister bought for me 1 kilo of lechon paksiw and brought it to my home. I am alone so I told her to eat with me.. We enjoyed eating together talking about so many things in our life.
Lechon paksiw is made up of grilled pork, sliced and spiced with onion, garlic, black pepper, venigar and sugar.. Mixed it together and cooked in moderate heat. It is so yummy!
