Milk fish is a kind of fish that is good to be grilled and sinigang. Today is Saturday, all family members living in condo came home weekly. They missed my grilled bangus. I have my version, different from other people. I put spices inside the belly of the fish. It is also the best when you serve it while still hot. I am happy that they left nothing on what I served to my family. I love cooking when they are all around at home.
