I was craving for BBQ but too tired to make it at home. I want this Sunday to be lazy and chill. Good thing here in the Philippines we have streetfood all over the place, on almost every corner of the village. They usually have BBQ at night but you can request anytime of the day if you want to have some. They just keep the pork marinated in the refrigerator and they grill it as you order.
It looks so simple but this actually smells so good because of the burning fat of the pork and the marinade, whatever they put on there. It tastes like really good pork BBQ. This works well with rice and a small bottle of softdrinks. I get so full with a few sticks, 2 cups of rice and an 8oz of Coke.
