Scuba diving at Dolphin's Beach!
La Playa de los Delfines… ¡Qué creación de la naturaleza, Dios mío! Me volví loca en ese lugar, desde la primera vez que comencé a caminar, cuando vi a los animales que estaban allí dando vueltas, con calma, en paz.
Recuerdo que miré los árboles y dije: gracias, gracias Dios, Vida, Universo, como se llame esta energía pura que hace que el mundo siga rodando… Dije gracias, porque puedo respirar este aire, ver este desierto, sentir este sol en mi piel.
Oh… estaba tan feliz en ese preciso momento cuando estaba entrando a la playa.
Lamentablemente es una playa a la que hay que pagar para entrar allí, y cuesta 69 shekels, que son unos 23 dólares. Es mucho para una playa, sí, pero ya estaba allí y sabía que no iba a comprar nada adentro, así que estaba bien.
Lo que pasa es que en mi cabeza andaba una idea moviéndose de un lado a otro, y esa idea era practicar buceo. Hace años que quiero intentarlo, ¡y nunca lo hice! Y cuando estaba por pagar, la señora me preguntó:
- ¿Quieres hacer algún deporte hoy?
¡Estuve unos segundos pensando… y si! Por supuesto que quiero hacer algo de deporte… ¡Quiero bucear! Pregunté el precio, no recuerdo cuánto era, pero sí recuerdo que la entrada estaba incluida, así que dije: ¡SÍ! ¡SÍ! ¡Voy a bucear hoy!
Entonces… La experiencia consistió en una hora, 30 minutos para conocimientos básicos de cómo moverse y qué señales hacer, y 30 minutos para bucear correctamente.
Cómo empezar
En primer lugar, debes colocarte la vestimenta, que pesa alrededor de 18 kg. Es MUY pesada, y el traje negro es bastante estrecho, pero te olvidas nada más entrar al agua.
Luego, debes ponerte las gafas, y lo último que usarás son las patas d rana, así que básicamente, esto es lo que necesitas:
Equipo de buceo
-BCD (chaleco)
- Traje de buceo
- Aletas de buceo
- Máscara
- Tubo para respirar

Aunque tomé algunas fotos de las señales hechas por mí en otro momento para compartir con ustedes, también subiré otra foto para que quede claro.
Estas son las bases para empezar, para ese primer momento en el que no tienes ni idea de cómo practicar esta actividad.

¡LA RESPIRACIÓN!
¡Respirar bien es lo más importante en esta actividad… y para mi fue súper difícil!! Tuve que salir del agua 2 veces porque pensé que necesitaba oxígeno en mi cerebro.
En mi caso, necesitaba hacer exactamente lo contrario de lo que suelo hacer: siempre respiro profundo por la nariz y lleno mis pulmones de oxígeno.
Esta vez necesitaba inhalar y exhalar muy profundamente, pero por la boca. No puedes usar tu nariz ni siquiera intentarlo, porque está bloqueada por la máscara.
¿De qué se trata la experiencia?
Cada persona tiene 1 instructor todo el tiempo, desde el principio hasta ponerse el neopreno, y una vez en el agua.
Tu instructor te sostiene la mano todo el tiempo y debes colocar la otra mano en el centro de tu pecho, no puedes tocar nada.
Cómo se sintió
Bueno, en primer lugar, para mí fue súper extraño, debido a esto de respirar, pero luego, comenzó a sentirse bastante bien, principalmente porque hay tantas cosas en lo profundo, que tu mente comienza a enfocarse en eso.
Vi delfines, muchos peces de colores, plantas, otros animales que crecían en las rocas, y fue… oh… fue increíble.

El video y las fotos no solo me pertenecen porque pagué por ellos, sino también porque estoy yo en el video y les autoricé a grabarme cuando contraté este servicio.
El dispositivo que usaron fue una Go Pro y Lior (mi instructor) me filmó.
Me enviaron el video y las fotos por WhatsApp con un enlace a Google Drive, y luego lo descargué, cambié la música y lo corté un poco, pero no lo subiré al menos que ustedes me lo autoricen. Espero respuesta queridos amigos de

I spent some seconds thinking… and yes! Of course, I want to do some sport… I want to dive! I asked for the price, I don’t remember how much it was, but I do remember that the entry was included, so I said: YES! YES! I will dive today!

How to start

The key in diving
BREATHING!
Breathing properly is the most important thing in this activity… for me it was super difficult!! I had to go out of the water 2 times because I thought I needed oxygen in my brain. In my case, I needed to do exactly the opposite of what I usually do: I always breath deep thought my nose and fill my lungs with oxygen.
This time I needed to breath in and breath out very deeply, but through my mouth. You can’t use your nose nor even try, because it’s blocked by the mask.
What’s the experience about
Each person has 1 instructor all the time, from the beginning to put the wetsuit, and once in the water.
Your instructor holds your hand all the time, and you have to place your other hand in the center of your chest, you can’t touch anything.
How it felt
Well, first of all, for me it was super strange, because of this breathing thing, but then, it started to feel pretty good, mostly because there are so many things in the deep, that your mind tarts to focus on that.
I saw dolphins, many colorful fishes, plants, other animals that were growing in the rocks, and it was… oh… it was amazing.
