Greetings friends of the @holos-lotus community, I hope you are enjoying good health and have an excellent day with your loved ones, on this occasion I join the initiative of friend @lilianajimenez Honor grandmothers, which aims honor grandparents on their day (January 11), grandparents are those special beings who lovingly pamper their grandchildren, the dedication, love, tenderness and much more that they bring to each child is incredible, it seems paradoxical but many of the things that they did not let their children do, they allow their grandchildren, they were even so strict with the children and with the grandchildren there is more freedom, more flexibility and sometimes they act as lawyers for the grandchildren, talking about grandparents me remember part of childhood, we lived in different states and our visits to grandmother were made on vacation, it was a long-awaited period, because we were going to meet with cousins and see grandmother, she was a strong and hard-working woman, since the first hours of the morning I was already doing housework and was an expert at preparing the famous cocoa balls. To this day I associate the smell of chocolate and cocoa with the visits we made to my grandmother.

Saludos amigos de la comunidad @holos-lotus, deseo se encuentren disfrutando de buena salud y tengan un excelente día en unión de sus seres queridos, en esta ocasión me uno a la iniciativa de la amiga @lilianajimenez Honrar a las abuelas, que tiene como objetivo honrar a los abuelos en su día (11 de enero), los abuelos son esos seres especiales que cariñosamente consienten a los nietos, es increíble la dedicación, amor, ternura y mucho más que ellos llevan a cada niño, pareciera paradójico pero muchas de las cosas que no dejaban hacer a sus hijos se las permiten a sus nietos, incluso eran tan estrictos con los hijos y con los nietos hay más libertad, más flexibilidad y en ocasiones actúan como abogados de los nietos, hablar de abuelos me recuerda parte de la infancia, vivíamos en diferentes estados y nuestras visitas a la abuela las hacíamos en vacaciones, era un período muy esperado, pues nos íbamos a reunir con los primos y ver a la abuela, ella era una mujer fuerte y trabajadora, desde las primeras horas de la mañana ya estaba haciendo las labores del hogar y era una experta preparando las famosas bolas de cacao, hasta la fecha el olor de chocolate y cacao lo asocio con las visitas que hacíamos a mi abuela.

During my university studies I had the blessing of living in the residence with a tender grandmother that life gave me, without being a blood family, she was like a grandmother to all the girls who lived in the residence, most of us came from other states in the country and She lovingly provided us with much more accommodation, she even taught us how to cook on several occasions, she prepared different dishes for us, many of the girls called her "grandma" and not by her name, she was a helpful, hard-working, affectionate lady, who loved to take care of its gardens and he spoiled his grandchildren; Grandmothers are a symbol of love, affection, sweetness, maturity, experiences and experiences that guide us with wise advice through their teachings to face the different stages of life that they have lived. Conversing with grandmothers is immersing ourselves in a world of stories and great experiences that have shaped their characters and the entire path they have taken to raise their family.

Durante mis estudios universitarios tuve la bendición de convivir en la residencia con una tierna abuela que la vida me regaló, sin ser familia de sangre fue como una abuela para todas las chicas que vivíamos en la residencia, la mayoría proveníamos de otros estados del país y ella con mucho cariño nos brindaba mucho más alojamiento, incluso nos enseñaba a cocinar en varias ocasiones nos preparaba diferentes platillos, muchas de las chicas la llamaban "abuela" y no por su nombre, era una señora servicial, trabajadora, cariñosa, que amaba cuidar sus jardines y consentía a sus nietos; las abuelas son símbolo de amor, cariño, dulzura, madurez, vivencias y experiencias que con sabios consejos nos guían a través de sus enseñanzas para afrontar las diferentes etapas de la vida que ellas han vivido, conversar con las abuelas es sumergirse en un mundo de historias y grandes experiencias que han forjado sus caracteres y todo el camino que han recorrido para sacar adelante a su familia.

I could write many lines about the grandmothers that I have known and whom I admire for their dedication and affection towards the family, one of them is Guillermina, although she is no longer here, her teachings, advice and stories are always present in my mind, repeated opportunities were my tutor, counselor, friend and to this day I am grateful for having met and listened to her, because the entire experience she lived and every piece of advice she gave me was of great help for my personal growth; I believe that grandmothers are those wonderful people who, through the years they have lived and the many experiences, have the ability to give us wise advice that will help us on the long journey we make through life. They have been mothers, sisters, daughters, wives, aunts, granddaughters, nieces, these different roles that they have played have allowed them to have the maturity to give wise and accurate advice in the different circumstances that life may present to us.

Pudiese escribir muchas líneas sobre las abuelas que he conocido y a las cuales admiro por su dedicación y cariño hacia la familia, una de ellas es Guillermina, aunque ya no está sus enseñanzas, consejos e historias siempre están presentes en mi mente, reiteradas oportunidades fue mi tutora, consejera, amiga y al día de hoy agradezco haberla conocido y escuchado, pues toda la experiencia que ella vivió y cada consejo que me dio fue de gran ayuda para mi crecimiento personal; creo que las abuelas son esas personas maravillosas que a través de los años que han vivido y las muchas experiencias tienen la capacidad para darnos sabios consejos que nos ayudarán en el largo recorrido que hacemos por la vida, ellas han sido mamá, hermanas, hijas, esposas, tías, nietas sobrinas, estos diferentes roles que han desempeñado les han permitido tener la madurez para dar consejos sabios y acertados en las diferentes circunstancias que nos pueda presentar la vida.
