Hair clips decorated with flowers inspired by the colours of Holozing (Eng - Esp)
Hello Holozing friends, I wish you a happy start of the week together with your loved ones, I am happy to share a new project inspired by the game that in the coming days will be launched and has generated many expectations in the followers; the project is a pair of hair clips decorated with a pretty flower taking as a reference the colours of the Holozing logo (turquoise, yellow, blue and pink), the flower has five colourful petals.
Hola amigos de Holozing, les deseo un feliz inicio de semana en unión de sus seres queridos, me siento feliz de compartir un nuevo proyecto inspirado en el juego que en los próximos días será lanzado y ha generado muchas expectativas en los seguidores; el proyecto se trata de un par de pinzas para el cabello decoradas con una linda flor tomando como referencia los colores del logo de Holozing (turquesa, amarillo, azul y rosa), la flor tiene cinco pétalos coloridos.

Using the roll of transparent tape as a mould, I marked and cut ten (10) circles to make the petals of the flowers and two (2) small ones to make the centres of the flowers.

Usando como molde el rollo de cinta transparente, marqué y corté diez (10) círculos para hacer los pétalos de las flores y dos (2) pequeños para hacer los centros de las flores.
To make the petals I folded the circles in half, pinned them to prevent the fabric from moving when sewing, then folded them again and sewed along the bottom edge of each petal with a hand stitch.
Para hacer los petalos doblé los círculos a la mitad, sujeté con alfileres para evitar que se mueva la tela al coser, luego los doblé nuevamente y cosí por el borde inferior cada pétalo con puntada a mano.
Once the petals were sewn, I gathered the thread to form the flower and made a knot at the back of the flower to give more support and firmness, this way the petals keep their shape and the ruffles.
Cosidos los pétalos fruncí el hilo hasta formar la flor e hice un nudo en la parte trasera de la flor para dar mayor soporte y firmeza, de esta forma los pétalos conservan la forma y los arruches.
Assembled the flowers, I sewed the small circles around the edges, filled them with wadding, gathered them into a ball, then glued them in the centre of each flower using a hidden stitch.
Ensambladas las flores, cosí los círculos pequeños por los bordes, rellené con guata, fruncí hasta formar una bola, luego las pegué en el centro de cada flor usando puntada escondida.
The last step was to sew a pink circle on the back of the flowers, then I glued the clips with hand stitch, so in simple steps the holozing inspired flowers are finished.
El último paso fue coser un círculo rosa en la parte trasera de las flores, luego pegué las pinzas con puntada a mano, así y en sencillos pasos están terminadas las flores inspiradas en holozing.
I really liked the result of these flowers, they will be a gift for the daughter of a dear friend and colleague, her daughter is starting school and loves to mix colours in her drawings.
El resultado de estas flores me gustó mucho, serán un obsequio para la hija de una querida amiga y compañera de trabajo, su hija está iniciando la escuela y ama mezclar colores en sus dibujos.
