Hola mis queridos amigos, un gusto saludarlos en este día, hoy como muchos días tuvimos la visita del quien se puede decir que es la mascota de la cuadra, un lindo perrito que se ganó el cariño de todos nosotros, se los presento:
Por cierto el nombre ROCKIE se lo colocamos nosotros y se adaptó a él, quizás sea porque el nombre va ligado con lo que es su vida, su esencia y espíritu, “duro como roca”. Porque así es, no sabemos mucho de su vida, antes de conocerlo, pero lo mas seguro, es que no la tuvo nada fácil, pero demostró y sigue demostrando que es un luchador.
Hemos considerado adoptarlo, porque es muy cariñoso, tierno y se la lleva bien con nuestro gato, juegan y pueden estar juntos sin ningún tipo de conflictos, que genere peleas entre ellos 😄.
Pero nuestra casa no tiene espacio para tenerlo lastimosamente; además sus visitas a nuestro hogar empezaron ya él siendo adulto, y quizás ya está acostumbrado a ser un espíritu libre, que visita cada casa donde le dan que comer y cariño; creo que así se siente feliz.
Estamos al pendiente de darle más que solo comida, también de su bienestar (desparasitarlo y ver por su salud en general).
Siempre viene en las mañanas y en las tardes, llega a comer y se queda un rato con nosotros y luego se va, pareciera que tuviera un reloj mental 😄, llega casi siempre a la misma hora, en la mañana y en la tarde, cuando se pasa de la hora y no ha llegado, damos una vuelta por el sector y al vernos se viene hacia dónde estamos y nos sigue hasta la casa; a veces hasta nos acompaña a comprar en las bodegas que están cerca.
Lo bueno del sector donde vivimos, es que es una zona libre de carros, aquí en Venezuela se le dicen (Veredas) y ROCKIE no sale de este sector gracias a DIOS, así podemos estar mas tranquilo por su seguridad.
Hay días, que a eso de las 5 de la tarde, que es su segunda visita del día; hacemos café y nos sentamos al frente a esperar que venga a comer; ya se volvió una costumbre, incluso para él. Cuando la puerta está cerrada, primero ladra y luego le da una patadita a la puerta para que le abran.
Querer a estos serás que Dios nos regalo es muy sencillo, porque su inocencia es tan grande y pura que son fáciles de amar, ellos depende mucho de nosotros para su cuidado, atención y seguridad, demostremos que si podemos protegerlos y amarlos, en vez de ignorarlos y dejarlos padecer.
Seamos dignos para ellos, perros, gatos y muchos animales en situación de calle que necesitan de atención, hagamos la diferencia.

By the way, we gave him the name ROCKIE and he adapted to it, maybe because the name is linked to his life, his essence and spirit, "hard as a rock ", because that's how it is, we don't know much about his life, before we met him, but the most certain thing is that he didn't have it easy, but he proved and continues to prove that he is a fighter.
We have considered adopting him, because he is very affectionate, tender and gets along well with our cat, they play and can be together without any kind of conflict, which generates fights between them. 😄.
But our house does not have space to have him unfortunately; besides his visits to our home began when he was already an adult, and perhaps he is already used to being a free spirit, who visits every house where he is given food and affection; I think he feels happy that way.
We are attentive to give him more than just food, but also to his well being (worming and general health).
He always comes in the mornings and afternoons, he comes to eat and stays with us for a while and then leaves, it seems that he has a mental clock 😄, he arrives almost always at the same time, in the morning and in the afternoon, when it is past the hour and he has not arrived, we walk around the area and when he sees us he comes to where we are and follows us to the house; sometimes he even accompanies us to buy in the warehouses that are nearby.
The good thing about the area where we live is that it is a car free zone, here in Venezuela it is called (Veredas) and ROCKIE does not leave this area thanks to GOD, so we can be more relaxed for his safety.
There are days, that at about 5 pm, which is his second visit of the day; we make coffee and sit in front waiting for him to come to eat; it has become a habit, even for him. When the door is closed, he barks first and then kicks the door open.
To love these beings that God gave us is very simple, because their innocence is so great and pure that they are easy to love, they depend a lot on us for their care, attention and security, let's show that we can protect them and love them, instead of ignoring them and let them suffer.
Let's be dignified for them, dogs, cats and many animals in street situations that need attention, let's make a difference.
