In almost my every post there is something about mental health, told explicitly or between the lines; for example, here is one with short explanation of normality.

On this day I will not contemplate a lot about mental health, will leave that to those who do it once a year :) but will do it in the next post spiced with politics, as usual ;D

This is just a reminder that mental health is important as much as physical health and not taking care of it can be as deadly as physical disease.

Today I went so some manifestation to support organizations who are working with people with mental health issues.

These are some of the drawings made during art therapy, by clients of association Prostor (gives psycho-social support to psychiatric patients and other people in need).

Those people expressed their suffering this way.

There are lot of people out there who, for different reasons, do not express how they really feel; do not search for help; suffering in silence and walk around with the smile.
Some of them are those who we hear committed suicide and we are WTF shocked.

If you see someone is struggling, support that person to ask for help. It is very, very important for people to understand that having mental health struggle is not a shame. It is not like someone just woke up one day and said: "from today I will be depressed".
If you don.t feel comfortable doing support, it is OK as long as you don.t make it worse with some labeling, pressure, shaming...

Take care of your mental health because once it starts deteriorating, things in life are becoming even more difficult than they already are and there is no material goods that can replace it.
You cannot fulfill emptiness inside you with any food or drugs or whatever material you are grabbing; you cannot drown anxiety in alcohol, it always comes back, you cannot wash away "germs" in your mind with taking a bath 10 times a day...but solution might exist, which one will not know if not try to change, with or without professional help.

In addition, two Pearl Jam songs about HC trauma
Alive is a story of a young man who discovered that the man he thought was his father is actually his stepfather, while his mother's grief leads to an incest with the son.

Jeremyis about a boy who killed himself at school bcs of the violence he suffered from some older kids.Based on the true story of Jeremy Delle.
