In spite the fact that from my house to the city center/work I need about hour and a half ride with public transportation, I am grateful for this place bcs during nice weather days I can be out surrounded by plants and conduct anti-stress therapy by gardening :)
Today on the menu were cherries: picking, eating while on the tree (already feel my bowels complaining :D ) and leave some for compote...and liqueur and wine :blink blink: :)
This year was hard for my plants as it was for me (not just bcs of corona), rain and dry periods with wrong timing, extreme changes of temperature and many, many insects and parasites, moles and birds that I need to fight with for same food :O
It would be easier to use chemicals but I want to keep food organic so treating it with organic fluids (like water in which nettle was drowned for a week). Unfortunately, that is not always enough, so lunch for bugs leftovers for me :)
So far, it was enough for both, will see what will happen with vegetables that are still in the first phase of growing.
