Yellow cherries.
Ripe, sweet cherries in my garden. They're already ripe and very tasty. Yellow cherries have a pleasant flavor—sweet with a slight bitterness.
Yesterday, we had to cut off the top of the tree; we couldn't reach any cherries there, so that branch is unnecessary. And by removing the extra branch, the tree will devote more energy to the fruit itself.
This year, the bees pollinated the flowers well, which is why we had such a good harvest.
We picked the berries from that cut branch to eat later, and then sawed the branch into sticks. Cherry firewood is great for barbecue.
Sweet cherries can be used to make dumplings 🥟. They make delicious, sweet dumplings. You can also make other baked goods with cherry filling. Cherries also make a delicious compote. It's good to drink a glass of fresh cherry compote on a hot day.
