the beer for this week is coming from Cologne and it is called Früh Kölsch from the brewery Cölner Höfbräu Früh KG. The Cölner Höfbräu Früh KG was founded in 1904 and has a more recent history than the ones featured before, but longer for most breweries in the world. 🍺
As it is coming from Cologne it is a Kölsch which is the typical Cologne beer. The Kölsch is a regional protected type of beer and it must be produced in a 50 km radius to Köln city center to be able to bear the name. 🍺
It is a top-fermenting yeast beer with an alcohol percentage of 4,8%. It is a light beer for warm days. 🍺
The glass I used is not the right one, as it needs to be a straight-up slim glass. 🍺
