the beer for this week is coming from Cologne and it is called Fr眉h K枚lsch from the brewery C枚lner H枚fbr盲u Fr眉h KG. The C枚lner H枚fbr盲u Fr眉h KG was founded in 1904 and has a more recent history than the ones featured before, but longer for most breweries in the world. 馃嵑
As it is coming from Cologne it is a K枚lsch which is the typical Cologne beer. The K枚lsch is a regional protected type of beer and it must be produced in a 50 km radius to K枚ln city center to be able to bear the name. 馃嵑
It is a top-fermenting yeast beer with an alcohol percentage of 4,8%. It is a light beer for warm days. 馃嵑
The glass I used is not the right one, as it needs to be a straight-up slim glass. 馃嵑
