Looks like some progress at least! Also lost some weight as I see. I managed 8 clean repetitions down to the chest of the bench press yesterday, with 50kg. That felt good :-)

In Genf war ich glaube ich noch nie. Kann man anscheinend auch auf die to-visit-Liste setzen. Und ich finde es immer cool, wenn es solche Schach-Parks gibt, und die Leute die figuren nicht kaputt machen
