Looks like some progress at least! Also lost some weight as I see. I managed 8 clean repetitions down to the chest of the bench press yesterday, with 50kg. That felt good :-)

There's a lake where I grew up that is always quite cold. It's small, but very deep, and surrounded by trees, giving extra shadow time to it. Looks a little bit like a crater lake, but we don't have volcanoes
