What a productive day! I slept well, by myself this time because Kami went to a party, and Ellie waited for her to come home to check if she complied with all the rules (seems like she did).
So I went to work early and got a lot of stuff done. And many more ideas on how to make my excel sheets and organization and publicity better, leaner and hence more efficient. Then, we can either use the liberated resources for more growth, or for bonus payments. Will see what the crew thinks.
Unfortunately, the girl who makes the cookies and granola bars quit. Unfortunately because now I have to train another one. She didn't do a good job, very inconsistent, and didn't pay much attention to the quality of her work. Several times I had given her warning, and when I finally discounted the cost of ingredients of a batch she had burned, she got angry and said it wasn't fair.
Good thing - I can now work on the recipes again and streamline that process, too.
We went to a birthday party of a friend of ours, and when we came home, it started raining so we stayed in bed, cuddling (which the cat was happy about) and having a beer, watching a pretty good series.
