Yesterday started like often, with Le Chat enjoying the sun in the dog bed outside. Simple Le Chat life...
She didn't even follow us when we started our daily walk with Kaia.
Since the day before went okay for Kaia when we went to the bigger forest, I decided to do the same again. When we got there, we found this little guy that didn't seem to be doing good. It didn't move when we passed by. I went back and it finally moved a bit but just a few meters. It wasn't there when we left, so hopefully it got better. It wasn't on the road either, so at least it wasn't hurt by a car.
We quickly went on the trails inside the forest.
Kaia went into exploration mode of course, just too many tempting scents to track and critters to chase.
Once again, sun through the trees, my favorite!
That wasn't a super long walk, pretty much the same as the day before, but that was tiring for Kaia. She rarely rests on that bed, which is why Le Chat thinks it's hers. So she was tired, but at least she didn't limp more than before. So we'll try to visit the bigger forest more often now.
And that was it for the day's activities. Not a very active week end, but my knee is still really painful, and I'm trying to heal as much as possible before my half marathon this coming Saturday. I won't be trained but hopefully I'm not in too much pain.
