Simple and easy is the description of the food that I made this time. A few days ago, my mother bought two banana combs that were still unripe. The skin was half green and half yellow, with the contents still hard. The bananas that my mother bought were Kirana's Golden bananas or often called Muli bananas. These bananas are usually for direct consumption without being processed. But because it's been a few days since I always eat this banana directly, I feel a little bored. Also, these bananas get overripe soon if I don't eat them up.

The ingredients I use:

  • 4 Muli Bananas
  • Meses
  • Butter

How to make it simple and not take long.

  • Prepare bananas and open the skin until clean.

  • Cut the bananas into two parts.

  • Melt a little butter on the pan, then put the banana that has been split earlier on top of the melted butter. I did two roasts because I used a small pan.

  • Wait until the texture of the bananas is slightly soft, then spread with butter.

  • When the texture looks soft, take out the banana and wait for it to cool.

  • Sprinkle the meses over the slightly cooled bananas evenly. Roasted bananas are ready to be enjoyed.

As for taste, the combination of sweet banana mixed with salty butter is enough to be enjoyed. With a sprinkling of meses on it, this roasted banana melts when it enters the mouth. I eat these bananas with my younger sister. And yup, she loves it. Even though it only uses a few ingredients, it is addictive. I will use up the remaining bananas by making them into roasted bananas.
