I am back! and I am not so happy with today because there was still soooo many samples left to finish and I have no idea if I can meet the dealine of wednesday afternoon. But whatever, I know I can talk my way to extending the deadline with the client's side because the samples arrived late. This case though was that there was just sooo many samples and just one of me left to handle that 4k total bulk sample shipment. It seems like fortune isn't on my side.
Speaking of fortune, today's prompt word is fortune and I ran out of ideas so I thought of drawing a fortune teller for today. Just a speed draw because I'm not in much of a mood to draw but it kind of became habitual for my hands so if I'm not drawing by 7:30-9pm my time, it feels like something is missing from my day.
Idk if this is the manifestation of continuously drawing since september, but it has definitely become a habit.

Materials: Ink, black pen, chalk, white gel pen
So I am definitely not so proud of this one... but at least she looks presentable still XD
IDK I jut really half-assed this one because I wasn't feeling this prompt too much. I feel like I could have done a better idea of a fortune teller but I'm so tired and it's only tuesday for me ;;n;;
I also forgot to take a lot of photos of this too but I blame work for this yet again XD
Anyways, there's nothing that special about this drawing today, I took a 1920s gypsy girl aesthetic. And when it's 1920s, you think heavy lashes and that wavy yet clean gelled up hair with that very bright red lipstick. I could have colored this in.. then maybe then I'd be a little more motivated, but I think I'll just redo this another time
So this was the initial sketch that I had to reposition a few times because of my lack of motivation. I'm definitely sure that this isn't art block yet, I just don't like this prompt right now.
Then I just kind of stuck to the black pen and didn't bother switching
I am definitely unapologetic for my laziness and tiredness today XD
The only thing I think made up for my laziness was the highlighting I did at the end
And then I like how the crystal orb turned out at the end because it turned out so shiny UwU and I do like shiny things when I'm drawing.
This is where my energy stops and I think I'll have to call it a night now! This has been my day 10 and I hope my day 11 comes out pretty good because I'm currently still inking it and I still have to draw in the details when it dries.
