I have missed like 3 days of the #inktobet drawing challenge due to my engagement with other activities since last week and not feeling strong of recent days. I only try to my pen drawings but today I took it upon myself that I would do something.
So, I'm starting my drawing challenge today with the theme for day 1 being "Apple". I thought of being creative and this came to my mind then I sketched it down.
The drawing depicts a struggling apple in a bad condition. Firstly, it is not a complete one with its side part chopped off. Also the top green leaf has been eliminated and it's color fadings away like it is about to decay.
The worst of it is an arrow piercing through it to condemnation with blood dripping from that arrow. You can see the pierced side of it looking broken.
I would say he is fighting reality in the spiritual realm.
The sketch is was done with AutoDesk sketchbook application and aided with an S-pen. I am happy to be a partaker of this contest and I hope to stay put till the last theme. Below are my step-by-step processes:
