Reflect on personal values: A self evaluation of our values is very important as it helps to think about what we truly desire from this life.

Try new things: After self evaluation, at times we may realize that how we are doing things may not necessarily be the best way to achieve our goal, so it's okay to try other methods.

Change: Although sometimes it may be scary, sometimes we may need to change for the purpose of our health.
