মাছ গুলো ভালো করে কেটে পানি দিয়ে কেবল করে পরিষ্কার করে নিবো ,
মাছের সাথে হলুদের গুঁড়া ,মরিচের গুঁড়া , লবন , পেঁয়াজ কুচি ও দিয়ে ভালো করে মিক্স করে নিতে হবে , কড়াই তেল গরম করে তেলে মাখানো মাছ গুলো ছেড়ে দিবো .

টমেটো আমার পছন্দের একটি সবজি , টমেটো আমি অনেক পছন্দ করি ,
আমি সবসময় টমেটো দিয়ে সালাদ তৈরী করে খাই , টমেটো দিয়ে তৈরী সবকিছু আমি অনেক পছন্দ করি , তাই আজ আমি আমার ফ্রাই মাছ গুলো পরিবেশন করার জন্য টমেটো পিচ্ করে তৈরী করে নিলাম।
