Young people need someone to guide them. Sometimes young people are confused when they have to start something they have never done before. Some young people in Burma, who grew up with a culture of infallibility, often fear that they will make a mistake if they make a small mistake when they are young. The strength of the seniors who push from the back when they are unable to make decisions and when they are lost is really encouraging. Seniors are young people like you who have made mistakes, so you can learn a lot from their guidance and experience.
