Baked shellfish is one of my boys favorite foods. shellfish is not just in baked by the seller but must provide some spice preparation to add delicious flavors, including :
200 gr of shellfish meat
2 tablespoon of tamarin water
1 galangal segment
1 stalk lemongrass
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Ground spices:
7 pieces of curly papper
5 cloves of red onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 candlenuts
1 segment of turmeric
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
All the spices are smoothed and placed on the shellfish when roasted.
