When night begins to fall, the first lights accompany it on its arrival, but these days other lights appear and make their presence felt in the city.
These are special dates and when the darkness of that deep night arrives, the city begins to dress up with beautiful finery. Day after day the lights decorating the streets welcome the darkness and light up everything in a very special way.
People flock to the centre to see the shows full of positive vibes, light and colour.
On this occasion I took a brief stroll through the area, but was able to capture some interesting shots.
People walking here and there while on the main avenue the trees form a great dome on these days beautifully illuminated. Passing under them and crossing the avenue, I felt like I was in a gallery of those old houses that have a roof protecting anyone passing underneath, for example, from a rain shower.
On the streets, on both sides of the avenue, there are colourful trees with glowing lights that can be seen from a long distance away.
As we get closer and closer to the historic centre, the street is lined with illuminated decorations with different motifs, and everything becomes very bright.
Arriving at Piazza Marina, a very emblematic place because of its significance in ancient times, both for its relation to the port and to the fishermen, we find the marble fountain in its working splendour and a gigantic Christmas tree next to it.
The people, the children, everyone wanted to have their photograph taken with it, creating an atmosphere of joy and very much in keeping with this time of year.
On this occasion, as I am telling you, it was a very short walk, as I was passing through the place, but no doubt I will bring you much more of the festival of lights in Malaga.
The tree really looked majestic and so beautiful that it was impossible to ignore it and not take several shots.
There were tourists everywhere, it was difficult to find the right place to take pictures and after many that I took I think these were the most remarkable ones.
I wanted to bring you what my eyes saw and what always surprises me.
