Autumn afternoons for walks are ideal, the colours change and the surprises last.
A beautiful warm afternoon where the lowering sun illuminates different buildings, squares, giving brightness to the colours of this beautiful season.
Little by little the trees are changing their tones, others remain green, but the air is already different. Each season has its own charm, and I like them all, perhaps because I like to see the good things in everything.
The Plaza de La Merced was beautiful this afternoon with lots of people everywhere, although it was already in the shade. Each sector had someone enjoying their space.
But I was just passing through, I wouldn't stay there, I wanted a walk that would show me wonders.
So after looking at the sign indicating tourist and busy places, I crossed the street looking in the distance at a crane that is helping in the construction of a building.
Although the season has changed, the days are still a bit hot, but pleasant, it looks like a mild and very enjoyable summer.
This cow asked me where I was going, she hurried out of the shop to ask me and I replied that the walks are always an uncertain path and that is what makes them more beautiful.
Nearby I found the open doors of one of the many bakeries La Canasta, but I still didn't feel like coffee, I thanked her and continued.
That street gave me a perspective on the way and look at the floor, I love those old floors with art.
A hotel greeted me with its lampposts, I love lampposts and I greeted it back.
After a short walk I came across an antique shop. This kind of shops and handicraft shops are my favourite.
Antique art is my favourite, be it antiques, sculptures, paintings or various items, it transports me to other times.
The interior had a lot of things, side by side, and many interesting ones. Like this glass jar, those designs fascinate me. Of course the sculptures were not far behind. And look at that decorated and painted plate, it's beautiful.
Nearby there were other shops, for example, this one was very original, it had little birds made of wood with three feathers on the back that made them move in the wind.
This other one had very small and cute cacti.
And I love leather and the objects that are made with them, like bags, they have a particular smell that I love and you could feel it when passing by. I don't know why that smell reminds me of Argentina. Maybe because it is used a lot there... I don't know.
The narrow paths and corridors led me to an open place where the most famous or one of the most famous restaurants in the city, El Pimpi, is located.
From the location of the tables, the façade of the place and the many details of decoration are worth admiring.
Every tourist passes by this place, even if it's just to take pictures, look at the flower beds full of flowers.
And this iron sculpture is the emblem of this restaurant.
In front of it is the building with the cinemas of the centre, it is beautiful and the sun was shining on it particularly brightly.
I love this area of the city, this street in particular, it is wide and you can really enjoy a walk, as there are too many people.
Of course the pigeons could not be missing, they always accompany me on my walks. Guess which one is my favourite.
As I was saying this place is very special, one of the first places I knew when I arrived in Malaga, because this view is my fascination. The Roman theatre and the Alcazaba Castle.
I just stood admiring the end of my walk, in a beautiful postcard that many want to portray in photography. Pure art and history.
Thank you very much to all of you for joining me on this beautiful walk, I send you my best regards and see you next time.
Amonet.
