Depending on what time of day I open my Journal to write in can have varying results
Opening a Journal at the end of the day and by that point all I do is just list points of interest that happened throughout the day.
But if I start in the morning I don't write anything personal other than list out goals to accomplish for the day,
and on the occasion I have a chance to write in the middle of the day I usually just sprawl out my current thought of the day in one word. The word can be positive or negative but when I look back and see the word I remember why I thought that.
That's just how Journal I suppose.
