I remember the taste of a special noodle that I used to eat a lot, I remember the taste very deeply. Almost every week, I ate with my friends when I was in high school. Me and my friends liked Mas Yanto's chicken noodle, it was not far from our school at that time, the price was very affordable for those of us who still only received pocket money.
Every Saturday afternoon, we have lunch at Mie Ayam Mas Yanto and always do the same, so it's a big memory for me and my friends. Mie ayam mas yanto is our entertainment, a place where we can sit while having lunch, enjoying chicken noodles that are so delicious and fresh. One thing that I always like, Mas Yanto's chicken noodles have a distinctive taste, with the addition of some very chewy meatballs and a lot of chicken meat.
However, when a few days ago I passed my school, I did not find Mas Yanto's stall, after several years, I missed the taste of chicken noodles which always made me full and happy. Now, Mas Yanto's stall has turned into a restaurant that I don't recognize.
The feeling of wanting to eat delicious chicken noodles is getting more and more shaken because I want to feel the memory of when I was at school, really, I really miss it. I decided to make my homemade chicken noodle at home, while remembering the taste that used to exist. Mas Yanto's chicken noodles require strong herbs and spices, especially with thick soy sauce stewed chicken, which is typical of Mas Yanto's chicken noodles.
Feelings of disappointment have now turned into ambition, before going home, I bought some ingredients at a traditional market and made delicious chicken noodles, thankfully my husband was willing to wait for me to make chicken noodles, I know that he is hungry and waiting for me to cook is not something easy.

Special Soy Sauce Chicken Noodles
To make soy sauce chicken noodles, there are several ingredients that will be used, apart from that, always follow step by step in making soy sauce chicken noodles, use quality ingredients, Hivers!
Ingredients;
- 500 gr of chicken wings
- Wheat noodles
- 200 gr pakcoy
- 150 gr green onions
- Ground spices; 2 cloves of onion, 6 cloves of red onion and 5 cloves of garlic
- 30 gr red chilies
- Lemongrass, ginger, galangal
- Bay leaves and lime leaves
- 1 tomato
- Soup seasoning
- Soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, chili sauce
- Pepper, sugar and salt
How to make special soy sauce chicken noodles;
- Boil chicken wings with 1.5 liters of water, boil with seasoning soup, lemongrass, ginger, galangal, bay leaves and lime leaves. Boil the chicken until cooked.
- Saut茅 the mashed spices, then add the tomatoes and onions. Add oyster sauce, sugar, salt and pepper, then add 100 ml of soy sauce.
- Put the stir-fried spices into the boiled chicken, then cook until the water is reduced.
- Boil wheat noodles and pakcoy separately, then drain.
- Put a little sesame oil in a bowl, then mix it with the wheat noodles. After that, add the chicken, pakcoy and other accompaniments.
- Special soy sauce chicken noodles are ready to be served!
