This beautiful morning, I was working on something quite complicated. How could I possibly make something so troublesome? I got a few fairly large shrimp from the market. I was inspired to create a delicious dish with a good plating.

I also had a small amount of stock, and as it was the last of my stock before it expired, I almost had enough macaroni for two servings. So, I made it without even taking a photo of the preparation process. Please forgive me, LOL.

I think I'll write the recipe, but the ingredients will be at the very end. And please, there are just estimates; you can adjust them if you like with another taste. But let me boil my macaroni first, cause the water is already bubbling and ready to use.

After that, let the macaroni sit for 5 minutes to achieve a soft texture. It's time to strain it from the boiled water and drain it use a sieve.

I start preparing the ingredients: finely puree garlic, thickly sliced onions, a little smoked beef, paprika, and grated cheese to make it easier to break down and combine with the other ingredients.

Don't forget to clean the shrimp I found, wash them thoroughly and cutting off the outside to remove any dirt.

Next, I sautéed them in a little fragrant olive oil. Sautee the garlic, onion, paprika, and smoked beef until slightly wilted, follow by the shrimp, add a little salt to give them a delicious flavor.

Next, add the milk and macaroni. After that, add plenty of cheese; everything have a delicious flavor, as it imparts a umami and fatty flavor. I really like this recipe because it relies on the right cheese.
