Eazy Mozarella Corndog. Anti Failed Recipe.

Currently, Indonesia is experiencing a difficult period due to the increasing patient with covid-19.
Yesterday the government of Indonesia announced that any citizens who are in the red zone restrictions quarantine region (lockdown). One of the decisions taken is to limit dine-in at Restaurants or crowded places open until 5pm.
So many restaurants close at 5pm and it makes society limited buying food.

But dont worry, we can make food at home, alright?

This time I want to share the food recipe that you guys already know. This food is one new year hits in Indonesia, namely the Corndog.
This food comes from korea, which was popularized by drama korean ‘Start Up’ which is very famous.

How to make it very easy and only requires a few ingredients.
Ingridients required:

• Mozzarella cheese
• 250gr of Flour high protein
• 5gr Yeast
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• Salt
• Sugar
• Water
• Skewers

How to make a:

• Take half a tablespoon (5gr) yeast and enter into the container already filled with warm water and sugar (the sugar as energy for the yeast to be active) for 5 minutes or yeast already looks like froth.

• Enter the flour into the container and mix with the yeast that has been prepared.

• Knead the dough by giving it a little water and vegetable oil until well blended. And last give pinch of salt.

• Once blended, the lid of the container the dough for 30 minutes to inflate with the room temperature.

• Cut the mozarella cheese lengthwise and skewer.

• Coating mozarella cheese with flour dough then put the bread crumbs on top.

• Heat the oil on medium heat. Fried corndog with oil and lift if it is colored golden brown.
• Corndog ready to be served. Add chilli sauce to add spicy flavor.
