It's purely a Punjabi traditional chicken dish, Chicken is Marinated and then it's roasted in a "tandoor"(a round shaped clay oven). The juiciness of chicken stays in and it tastes more like a juicy grilled chicken but, personally to me it's a lot more tasty than simply grilled chicken ;)
When the food is this delicious and pure, it becomes obligatory to eat it, for me this was one of the best time of my life eating that juicy chicken like a wild person.😂
