Afternoon Delight

One of my very favourite things in all the world - coffee and home-made cake in the afternoon.

In fact it's become a bit of a ritual for me. Every afternoon, about half past two I go for a stroll along the sea front and pick up a coffee on my way back to the house. I'm so regular the neighbours set their watches by me! 😊

Cake I have to save for special occasions. Otherwise I get fat and sluggish! 😢
