Spent all morning again with the app turned off. Grrrrr. Soooo frustrating.
Lucky I spotted it before I went out at lunch time.
I walked into town to run some errands and did loads of stuff around the house.
Totally overdid it again and my cough is much worse today.
At least the weather just picked up again so maybe I'll get to the he beach good a rest tomorrow.
