Today I wanted to share with you a calzone that I made at work tonight that I think looks the bomb.
Made with fresh hand made dough, are own special pizza sauce with a filling of cheese chicken mushrooms onion peppers wrapped tight and made into a nice parcel this is an amazing piece of food fit for a king.
A bit of information about the calzone.
Made in italy (naples) made from folded pizza dough that can be filled with just about anything that you would top a pizza with.
Then to finish it off we glaze it with a butter and garlic wash that makes the whole thing look golden and fresh. tasty hay?

I tell you what my favourite filling is..
A couple of cheese burgers with a nice rich tomato sauce, to me it is the best of both worlds a burger and a pizza together what could be better than that?
