I focused the third attempt entirely on speed and efficiency. Skipping unnecessary fights, I secured the package quickly and then approached to the mounted machine gun.
This time, the extraction went smoothly, with a wingsuit jump and parachute landing bringing the mission to a successful close.
I went back to the start for the third time. This time I climbed the big tower but ignored the entrance guard to save time. I moved directly into the building, focused only on the objective and the fastest path to the extraction.
I went inside and shot down the Highwayman standing right beside the cell that held the package. I didn't waste any time exploring the other cells this time; I grabbed the loot and headed for the exit immediately.
I jumped off the building and opened my wingsuit, successfully reaching the mounted machine gun this time. As I landed, I saw the enemy chopper approaching the building with even more reinforcements. I knew the final fight was about to begin.
The Highwaymen jumping out of the chopper started sliding down the ropes toward me. I opened fire with the machine gun, shooting them off the lines before they could even draw their weapons.
After shooting several of them down, I climbed up the tower to try some sniping. A Highwayman managed to reach the top and challenge me, but I took him down using my knife in a brutal melee struggle. I could see more of them running toward me on the ground.
I shot some of them on the ground with my rifle and even pulled out an RPG to clear out groups of reinforcements. The explosions were massive, and I was making sure that no one could get close to my position while I waited for Roger to return.
More Highwaymen tried to climb the tower to reach me. I shot some of them off the ladders and used a Molotov to burn the ones came on top of the tower.
I saw the chopper land in the picking zone. I decided to make my move before it got overwhelmed. This time, I didn't mess up the jump; I used the wingsuit for a moment and then opened my parachute to drift safely down toward the extraction point.
How about we continue in another post?
Thanks for reading my post.
